What we like?
It is a great starter kit for kids. The kit fits into a corner of a small studio nicely - it takes up FAR less space than a full size set. This is a perfect fit. Beautiful deep red color. Very simple to assemble.Because of the metal components and replaceable heads this kit should easily last 3+ years and the sound quality is not bad, definitely a lot easier to listen to than those plastic kits.
Again the sound quality and materials are pretty good for being just a junior kid set. This set is well manufactured, with lug bolts and mounting hardware comparable to what real professional sets feature. The overall form, fit, and function of this basic drum set is rock solid.
It's definitely made to take some abuse from a rookie toddler drummer. It's the perfect first set for a small child who wants something more than just a toy drum set. For just over $100 this little set was a terrific bargain!
What we don’t like?
It noticed that the sticks will cause dents in the snare drum and the tom drum.
The instructions for assembling could have been little clearer
