What we like?
Quality wise, the GP55WR 5 Piece is better than expected. The floor tom in this kit is very useful and was also surprisingly well made at this price point. In fact, all the shells and hardware are tuneable and have a decent tone, but of course are higher in pitch.
This is a great drum set for someone who DOES NOT want the cheap kid drums that break and are full of dents after a week. The materials that the drums and the drum heads are made of are definitely a better quality.
This is a perfect set for children of 4- to 10-year-old.
What we don’t like?
The cymbals are not great, but are quite playable.
The hardware and cymbals are pretty low quality, but for the price it is nice.
